Cancellation Policy
Your session is 45 minutes and conducted via Zoom. All sessions must be booked at least 24 hours in advance. Once confirmed, you’ll receive a calendar invite with the Zoom link and session prep info. 🔄 Rescheduling & Cancellations Need to reschedule? No problem—reschedules are allowed up to 12 hours before your session. Missed your session or canceled late? Unfortunately, we can’t offer refunds for no-shows or late cancellations due to limited availability. To reschedule, simply use the link in your confirmation email. 💳 Payment & Refunds Full payment is required at booking to reserve your spot. Sessions are non-refundable, but can be rescheduled within 7 days of the original booking date (once only). 🧠 How to Prepare To get the most out of your Sip & Strategize session: Come with one core challenge or goal related to AI, automation, or business scaling. Be ready to dive deep—we’ll move fast, and you’ll walk away with clarity + a custom game plan. 👥 Client Conduct We ask that you arrive on time, distraction-free, and prepared to engage. If you arrive late, there is no guarantee we will have an entire session, we may have other strategy sessions that prevent overbooking and delays. We respect your valuable time and ours.
