Refund Policy
All purchases of strategy sessions, intensives, digital products, consulting services, and other offers are final, non-refundable, and non-transferable.
Because our work together involves personalized strategy, proprietary frameworks, and time-based access, we are unable to offer refunds under any circumstance—including no-shows, scheduling conflicts, or changes in business direction.
Please ensure you are committed before purchasing. Your time and our shared momentum matter.
Session Rescheduling & Cancellations
If you need to reschedule your session, we require at least 48 hours’ notice. One reschedule is permitted per booking. No-shows or last-minute cancellations will result in forfeiture of the session without refund or credit.
Ticket Transfers
Tickets and sessions are non-transferable. All sessions are customized to the individual or business who booked and are not eligible to be passed to another party.

We do not guarantee specific outcomes, financial results, or business performance. Your results will depend on your implementation, market conditions, and internal operations.
